Financing has been approved by the Kansas City Council for the redevelopment of the former Northland Kmart retail site located at the intersection of Vivion Road and NE Chouteau Drive. Cedar Falls based Lockard, an integrated real estate development company, plans a $45 million dollar retail rehabilitation to the vacated 17.65-acre property.
