Lockard Construction built a state-of-the-art ambulatory surgical center in Russellville, Arkansas, a community of just over 25,000 residents.  

The 7,500 sf facility plays an integral role in providing for the health care needs of the Russellville area. The project was a joint venture between Lockard, Samples Properties of Huntsville, Alabama, and Meridian Surgical Partners of Brentwood, Tennessee.
