Terrace Park Professional Center is a three-story medical office building attached to Trinity Medical Center, a 139-bed general medical and surgical hospital owned by Unity Point Health Systems. 

Lockard acquired the property in 2013 and renegotiated lease terms with UnityPoint to assure a long and mutually beneficial relationship.  On-site specialties include orthopedics, OB/GYN, wound care, MRI, neurology, family medicine, pain management, and pediatrics.  Lockard successfully raised nearly $5 million in investment capital for this project in less than 6 weeks.
