Robstown outlet developers tap into new financing avenue with Immigrant Investor Program

ROBSTOWN — As the developers of the forthcoming Robstown outlet mall prepare for another milestone, they also could be part of breaking ground in a new type of financing available for companies setting up shop in Nueces County.

Dolphin Ventures partner Rick Carduner said they’re nearly done with construction drawings for the Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay and will apply for building permits within 30 days. Doors are still set to open June 1, 2015.

Lockard Announces the Sale of 5.3 Acres in Denton, TX to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc.

Lockard has finalized the sale of a 5.34 acre parcel of land located in our Teasley Town Square shopping center to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Walmart). The new Walmart Neighborhood Market, which is less than one-quarter the size of an average Walmart Supercenter, will be located at the southwest corner of Teasley Lane (F.M. 2181) and Ryan Road in Denton, TX.
