Construction of Magnoila Brooks on Siegen, the two-story Assisted Living community connected to a single-story Memory Care community, continues to move toward its completion date of mid November, 2018.
“Weather has made site conditions challenging at times” said Chad Slaymaker, Project Engineer for Lockard Construction. “We have
dedicated crews that keep the job moving forward and I have full confidence the project will be ready for delivery come November 2018.”
The 102,291 sf building will occupy 4.46 acres at 9394 Seigen Lane in Baton Rouge, LA. Magnolia Brook on Siegen assisted living community will consist of 76 units made up of studio, one and two bedroom units. The memory care community will have 44 units in studio and 1 bedroom formats.
