The grand opening of Renaissance Square represents the first commercial and retail investment of this size in Southeast Fort Worth for more than 40 years. Renaissance Square serves as an anchor and has led the way for continued construction of new businesses near Highway 287 and East Berry Street.
Lockard and Moriah Real Estate Company held the grand opening today for The Shoppes at Renaissance Square, the $75 million shopping center at the intersection of Renaissance and Moriah Dr. in southeast Fort Worth, TX. The Shoppes at Renaissance Square will feature over 400,000 SF of grocery, clothing, pet supplies, sit down restaurants and other neighborhood services.
Lockard is honored to have the Fort Worth Metropolitan Black Chamber of Commerce in collaboration with their sister organization, Southeast Fort Worth Inc, co-hosting the official ribbon cutting ceremony for the Renaissance Square Development.
