New Tenant Announced at Renaissance Square in Southeast Fort Worth

Fort Worth, TX (August 9th, 2016) – Lockard Development, Inc. announced today that It’s Fashion is joining the tenant lineup at Renaissance Square in Southeast Fort Worth, TX. The store is scheduled to open November, 2016. The Renaissance Square location in Southeast Fort Worth will be It’s Fashion’s only store in Fort Worth and their 15th in the state of Texas.

“We are very excited to announce It’s Fashion entry into the retail mix here at Renaissance Square and in Southeast Fort Worth,” said Jack Jennings, CCIM, Director of Sales and Leasing for Lockard Development.

Four National Retailers Coming to The Bluffs at Pinnacle Prairie

The Bluff Pack, LLC officially broke ground on a 120,000 square foot, $14 million retail power center located on over 11 acres at The Bluffs in Pinnacle Prairie and announced four new tenants that will join anchor tenant Hobby Lobby.

National retailers Dollar Tree, Famous Footwear, HomeGoods, and Pet Supplies Plus will occupy approximately 45,000 sf of the retail power center located at the intersection of Prairie Parkway and Brandilynn Blvd.

“We are in discussions with several prospective tenants for the remaining space in the center,” said Dustin Whitehead, CCIM of Lockard and leasing agent for The Bluff Pack LLC. “The interest for space in Pinnacle Prairie has certainly picked up with the amount of construction happening.”

National Retailer Anchoring The Bluffs at Pinnacle Prairie in Cedar Falls, IA

The Bluffs Rendering 2Lockard and The Bluff Pack, LLC officially announce today the anchor tenant for the power center located in The Bluffs at Pinnacle Prairie will be Hobby Lobby.

In documents filed with the City of Cedar Falls, Lockard and The Bluff Pack, LLC have agreed on plans to begin construction of a 120,000 square foot $14 million retail power center on an 11-acre site, The Bluffs at Pinnacle Prairie.

Kohl’s Off/Isle Store Coming to Sunset Crossing in Waukesha, WI

OffAisleLockard announced a new anchor tenant for Sunset Crossings in Waukesha, WI. Off/Aisle by Kohl’s, an outlet store stocking discounted merchandise previously returned to Kohl’s stores and Kohls.com, will occupy approximately 25,000 sf of the redevelopment of the former Kmart building.

“Sunset Crossings is pleased to have the Off/Aisle by Kohl’s concept as part of the center and we look forward to its opening,” said Robert Smith, Jr., SIOR, CCIM, president of Lockard. “It is very exciting to be a part of Kohl’s rollout of this new concept, especially in their home state. We are also in negotiations with other regional and national retailers and will have future announcements very soon.” Construction of the space has begun, and Kohl’s is planning a March 2016 opening.

David P. Wilson, CCIM, Elected to Serve as 2016 CCIM Institute First Vice President

ccim-logo-four-colors-414x357CHICAGO, November 2, 2015 – CCIM Institute, one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world with chapters in 50 states and seven global markets, announced its new 2016 leadership team at the organization’s annual conference in Austin, Texas, Oct. 30.

David P. Wilson, CCIM, executive vice president at Lockard Companies in Cedar Falls, Iowa, was elected to serve as 2016 First Vice President of CCIM Institute. “I am honored and humbled to be able to serve in this leadership role with this great organization,” Wilson says. “I’m excited about what lies ahead and will give 100 percent to help elevate our members to the highest levels of success in commercial real estate.”

Earning his CCIM designation in 2002, he has been moved up from leadership positions at the CCIM Iowa Chapter to a wide range of national CCIM committees. Currently, Wilson serves on the CCIM Institute Board of Directors, Executive Committee, and Foundation Board of Directors. Additionally, he is a graduate of the prestigious Jay W. Levine Leadership Development Academy, which offers a nine-month intensive program through CCIM Institute.
