CEDAR FALLS | Lockard Commercial Realty in Cedar Falls has expanded its presence in eastern Iowa by affiliating with a firm with offices in Coralville and Davenport.
Commercial real estate veterans David Gellerman, Waterloo native Jim Tansey and David Weiner, collectively known as The Hawkeye Group, have opened new offices in Davenport and Coralville.
Cedar Falls, IA (June 6, 2014) – Lockard has finalized the sale of 6004 University Ave. in Cedar Falls, IA to Eastern Iowa Food Service, LLC. on June 3rd, 2014. Dustin Whitehead, CCIM, & Dave Wilson, CCIM, with Lockard Realty Company represented the seller, Community Bank & Trust. Josh Seamans with GLD Commercial Real Estate Advisors represented the buyer, Eastern Iowa Food Service, LLC. The buyer plans to raze the site to build a new Dunkin’ Donuts.
Founded in 1950, Dunkin’ Donuts is America’s favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods. The company has nearly 11,000 restaurants in 33 countries worldwide. A date has not been set for the opening.
McAllen, TX (June 6, 2014) – Lockard has finalized the sale of +/- 7.16 acres of land located in our Dove Town Square shopping center to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Walmart). The new Walmart Neighborhood Market, which is less than one-quarter the size of an average Walmart Supercenter, will be located at the northeast corner of N. 23rd Street and W. Dove Avenue in McAllen, TX.
Lockard has finalized the sale of a 5.34 acre parcel of land located in our Teasley Town Square shopping center to Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (Walmart). The new Walmart Neighborhood Market, which is less than one-quarter the size of an average Walmart Supercenter, will be located at the southwest corner of Teasley Lane (F.M. 2181) and Ryan Road in Denton, TX.
