Growth Mode for Sunset Crossing in Waukesha, WI

National real estate developers, Lockard and Endeavour Corp., are looking to capitalize on the recent success of their Sunset Crossing redevelopment by moving forward with a proposed new outparcel slated for city approval in the coming weeks.

Sunset Crossing, a once abandoned K-Mart building located at 120 E. Sunset Drive in Waukesha, WI, was purchased in December 2014 by Lockard. Working with the Endeavour Corp., plans were made to retrofit the 115,857 square foot building with a new tenant lineup.

Four National Retailers Coming to The Bluffs at Pinnacle Prairie

The Bluff Pack, LLC officially broke ground on a 120,000 square foot, $14 million retail power center located on over 11 acres at The Bluffs in Pinnacle Prairie and announced four new tenants that will join anchor tenant Hobby Lobby.

National retailers Dollar Tree, Famous Footwear, HomeGoods, and Pet Supplies Plus will occupy approximately 45,000 sf of the retail power center located at the intersection of Prairie Parkway and Brandilynn Blvd.

“We are in discussions with several prospective tenants for the remaining space in the center,” said Dustin Whitehead, CCIM of Lockard and leasing agent for The Bluff Pack LLC. “The interest for space in Pinnacle Prairie has certainly picked up with the amount of construction happening.”

The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay Announce Three More Stores

Toys R Us, Kay Jewelers outlet and Brooks Brothers factory store have been announced as the newest tenants of The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay in Robstown, TX.

These stores will join the three previously announced retailers; Express, Guess and Skechers. The remaining stores, about 75 in total, as well as a lineup of food trucks that will serve as the food court will be announced in the months leading up to the November 2016 grand opening.

Cesar Briseno Jr. Named General Manager of The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay

The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay (OCCB) has named Cesar Briseño, Jr. as General Manager. Mr. Briseño joins OCCB from the Sunrise Mall in Brownsville, Texas, where he served as General Manager for the past 16 years.

While at Sunrise Mall, Mr. Briseño was instrumental in growing the retail center from an idea into a thriving, positive and profitable shopping community. “I take great pride in knowing my center, knowing my retailers and knowing their families,” said Mr. Briseño.” “I intend to employ that same level of personal enthusiasm and passion to The Outlets at Corpus Christi Bay to ultimately help bring jobs and an outstanding shopping experience to this community.”
