Sunset Crossings will soon have two new tenants added to their burgeoning lineup. Einstein Bros. Bagles, Caribou Coffee and Firehouse Subs will occupy the newly constructed outlot building.
The newly constructed outlot, located at 120 E. Sunset Drive, will be home to Einstein Bros. Bagles, Caribou Coffee and Firehouse Subs who expect to be open by
spring 2017. A third 1,600 square foot space between the restaurants is currently vacant, but is said to be generating a lot of interest.
“This project has been a huge success for us,” said Dustin Whitehead, CCIM, Director of Leasing Midwest for Lockard Companies. “It’s great when you can take a property that has been vacant and reinvent spaces that benefit the surrounding community, generate revenues for the city, and provide a boost to the areas development efforts.”
Once completed, Sunset Crossings will have 9 retailers occupying over 120,000 square feet of retail space on 11.7 acres.
