Lockard and The Bluff Pack, LLC officially announce today the anchor tenant for the power center located in The Bluffs at Pinnacle Prairie will be Hobby Lobby.
In documents filed with the City of Cedar Falls, Lockard and The Bluff Pack, LLC have agreed on plans to begin construction of a 120,000 square foot $14 million retail power center on an 11-acre site, The Bluffs at Pinnacle Prairie.
Hobby Lobby will occupy approximately 55,000 square feet of the retail power center located at the intersection of Prairie Parkway and Brandilynn Blvd. Construction is scheduled to begin in April of 2016 with an expected grand opening in the first quarter of 2017.
Dustin Whitehead, CCIM of Lockard, represented Greenhill Estates, Inc., the seller of the 11-acre site, and is serving as leasing agent for the buyers, The Bluff Pack LLC. “We are in discussions with several prospective tenants, which may be known as soon as leases are signed and the property transaction has been closed” said Whitehead. “There are plans for five other tenants in addition to the anchor space.”
