The newly named Shoppes at Vivion Point will be a $45 million, 17.65 –acre retail rehabilitation project. Anchored by national retailer
Hobby Lobby, and family entertainment center Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, the Shoppes at Vivion Point are sure to generate excitement among the Kansas City Northland residents.

Working with local officials, Lockard has committed to developing the site to include over 155,000 sf of retail, entertainment, and restaurant space, as well as addressing the current damaging storm water runoff problems. The storm water upgrades are expected to cost upward of $1.7 million dollars.
